The new ISG1200 unit is the basic simplicity: Scan a barcode and press the key. Place a cooling adapter on the tool holder and move to the integrated air cooling station, then allow the tool to cool in minutes. The ISG1200 is a universal shrinking unit for the efficient use of shrinking technology. With the 480V three phase power source, all carbide and HSS shanks can be clamped quickly.

This controlled ISG4410WK2-HL unit is made for the extreme load. Even the largest of shrink fit tool holders can be heated and cooled safely. The Bilz direct liquid cooling system takes place inside the shroud, the heavy tool holders stay stationary. An optional rotating coil tower gives free access from above, which makes it possible to lift the heaviest of tool holders in and out of the machine with a crane.
